[ocaml-infra] Hosting content on ocaml.org

Hi,

Note that there is:
http://mirror.ocamlcore.org/ocaml-tutorial.org/index.html

Which is willing to be rehosted elsewhere (this was just a backup before
cocan went down). I think it should be nice to copy/paste content from here
to another wiki.
