Thanks Bob! This could be a nice addition. Probably the best way is to
leave it as a separate project since you already have a nice coherent
document. If we start picking out pieces, the content will get fragmented
and be harder to keep in sync with your updates. It might be nice to
publish the contents on ocaml.org, preferably in html format. I'll open an
Issue for this so we keep track of the idea.
