There's one more, the content taken from cocan.org. When I mentioned [1] this Ashish quickly side stepped the issue [2]. But if you want to be copyright clean, I think you should also sort out this one. This page [3] says the copyright is owned by the various contributors (it says "listed below", but for sure there was not only Richard Jones contributing to the wiki, he can't claim copyright to the content of the wiki).  

Regarding my content taken for there, it can of course be reused without problem (and no need to mention me in the contributors).
