</blockquote><div><br></div><div>OCaml.org has multi-lingual support. See for example the Mailing Lists page [1], which in the top-right corner lists the languages that page is available in. The main problem is volunteers willing to do the translations. Most pages are not translated and those that are fall behind when the master English pages are updated. There are plans to facilitate this [2], but the main need is volunteers.</div>
