[opam-devel] removing opam 1.0 from the travis test matrix

I know... it's only transitional though, so is it worth setting up a "safe" place on ocamlpro.com so that ocaml.org can get the logs ?
I could also put an alarm to remember to do it everyday, not sure the total amount of time would be bigger :D
