[opam-devel] OPAM 1.1.1 RC2 => release !

I tagged it on friday, but didn't really advertise it, to be honest ; that only makes your point stronger anyway :)

It would probably be a good idea to start setting up a bunch of test VMs on a box for this purpose. But anybody is still welcome to help checking the release !
