[opam-devel] opam 1.1 rewriting broken?

Slightly: doesn't work at init, as I mentionned :/. It's quite scary, but completely fixed by an 'opam update'.

The other cleaner workaround would be to use 'opam init https://opam.ocaml.org/1.1'
