core does not use ocp-build to compile?

I will first try to use it in my project (and get rid of ocamlbuild, at 
last!).

Then, I will probably talk about it on caml-list.

ocamlbuild is such a shame at parallelizing the build that
I can already bet my farm that ocp-build does a better job at it.
