I'll look at packaging up ctypes 0.2 next week (i.e. after ICFP).

Ideally I'd like 0.2 to include a fix for issue 38
(https://github.com/ocamllabs/ocaml-ctypes/issues/38).  I don't think
there are any other blockers.
