[ocaml-infra] External monitoring for *.ocaml.org

Hi all,

I have a "couple" of dedicated server running, I think it would be nice to
use some of them to monitor the upcoming *.ocaml.org server.

Is it possible to have a CSV file of:
* hostname
* port to ping OR url to load
* email to report too (not in @ocaml.org)

I will use it to run a curl request from time to time and see if everything
is ok -- from somewhere else than cambridge.
