[ocaml-infra] Booth material for OCaml

Hi,

For t-shirts stickers, don't forget zazzle/cafepress (or similar.)  
These may not be cost-effective but for small batches (just a few shirts 
to give away, for example) it might work on short notice.

That logo Amir just sent would look great on a white t-shirt!
