[ocaml-infra] blog.ocaml.org

Hi,

I think it would help to have a blog for ocaml.org. Any chance we can add
this to the ocaml.org infrastructure? We could wordpress.com. I think they
allow using a custom URL, so we could host there but still serve the blog
from blog.ocaml.org.

I just checked and ocaml.wordpress.com is already taken. Does anybody know
by who?
