[ocaml-infra] Question about Opam and Fish shell

I guess it's to avoid opam being called each time you create a new shell.

Can you help us to figure out what wreaks havoc exactly so that this can be fixed. It seems that the fish script simply sources the variables.fish script located in opam-init do you see anything wrong there ?
