[opam-devel] package list is in reverse order

This is due to https://github.com/ocaml/opam-repository/pull/1307 which renamed all the files (and then reset their timestamp).

Philippe has the same problem (https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml.org/issues/326) and Louis is working on fixing it!
