The downloads will be done from the Travis VMs now, so not really.
We could add a feature to OPAM to mark a CI build (and add an HTTP
header to the request which could be logged).

For OCamlot, we're going to switch it to a local repository, so you
won't see many hits from it for the ongoing tests.
