[opam-devel] Official OPAM source repository moved

We are glad to announce that, in an effort to make things more uniform under the ocaml.org portal, the OPAM source repository has been moved to github.com/ocaml/opam.git, alongside the package repository (opam-repository.git).

Github will continue automatically redirecting github.com/OCamlPro/opam.git, so you probably don't need to change much, but you may want to update your .git/config for the new remote on your local OPAM git clone.

Handling of issues and pull-request won't otherwise be changed.
