[opam-devel] OPAM 1.1.1 RC2 => release !

I've gotten a bit lost here; RC1 was unsuitable for testing due to the backwards compatibility change, and you only tagged RC2 yesterday, right?
I've still not had a chance to it on *BSD since yesterday.
Do we have a quick checklist somewhere to check that the platforms we care about have been tested? I.e. a Ubuntu (Precise/Saucy), Debian (Wheezy/Jessie), Fedora FreeBSD 10 and OpenBSD, and perhaps rPi. That's a more useful way to determine if it's release ready rather than waiting for a period of time.

We are working on a more general mirroring solution for the next release.
