I upgraded the Exherbo package; see [0] for trivial commit.

Regarding external solvers, I have yet to package those.

Another todo is extracting the dependencies (under src_ext/) to allow
building OPAM against the versions installed system-wide.
Is this actually supported by the build-system?
(I might have already asked, but completely forgot)
