I just did `brew remove opam` and `brew install opam --HEAD` and have the same warning message after an `opam update`.

OSX 10.8.5
XCode 5.1
aspcud 1.8.0 (and all deps)

This is the first time I've been able to install aspcud though.

I'll be setting up a VM with OSX 10.8.5 to play around with in the next few days, if that helps.
