[opam-devel] OS X pull request testing now active

The installation of depext is not automatic, but you can query the external dependencies by adding `-e` to your install command.

$ opam install conf-libpcre -e osx,homebrew
pcre

There are some quirks which can be fixed though (I'm opening https://github.com/ocaml/opam/issues/1418 to track it)
