[opam-devel] Travis CI failures

The system seems continue to be unreliable. Lots of errors like:

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
The command "bash -e .travis-ci.sh" exited with 100.
I'll try to contact Travis support later today.
