It's actually already a 4.02.1 PPA -- I just hadn't updated the Launchpad titles to reflect that.  The name of the PPA (e.g. ocaml42+opam12) is independent of the point release, which I keep to the latest versions possible.

Let me know if you find any of the above to not be true!
