[wg-camlp4] extension_points merged in trunk

Hi Alain & Anil,

Is anybody is planing to host a wiki (on github?) how to use new
language extension engine? It would be good to as soon as possible so
people may start writing new extensions, or porting old Camlp4. I know
there is a document in experimental directory.
