oasis is meant to be used for "standard" build setups. For simple projects it is more than adequate. For large/hairy/experimental/complicated projects
one is free to use what better suits the task, especially if one masters ocaml build tools and different OS peculiarities, but for the ocaml
novice oasis does the job pretty well.
