[ocaml-infra] Redesigning OCaml.org

Dear all,

a few days ago, I started playing with the new design of ocaml.org, so you can see now what it'll look like:

Some explanations and notes:
- a script takes the existing ocaml.org HTML files and converts them into this demo website.
- the list of all pages: http://philippewang.info/CL/new-ocaml.org-demo/map.html
- since the upper horizontal menu doesn't contain the same elements, some links may point to menu.html (which might have disappeared by the time you read this email) 
- (almost) directly from the design firm, we have these pages:
