I quite like the new design. A small note, though, the footer does not really follow the current design standard (you want to put the sitemap in there).

and there are plenty of similar designer rants on font small size.

The first page on the website should be light and easy, the primary target is people curious about OCaml, not experimented users (you should go to a different hub for that I guess).
