[opam-devel] ocamlot back on rackspace now

I've restarted OCamlot on the Rackspace VM infrastructure now, so its back up at:
https://ocamlot.recoil.org

I'll have the deployment scripts and such needs to setup new workers committed shortly, but in the meanwhile, if anyone wants to start fixing some of the low hanging triage fruit in x86_64, go right ahead...

(the goal of this particular run is to make sure that there are no horrible regressions in 4.1 vs 4.0, since it's about to become a release candidate).
