[opam-devel] compile the sources of 1.0.0

Hi,

I'm trying to compile the sources of Opam version 1.0.0
under Cygwin / Windows 7 starter
I'm using protz's ocaml version 4.00.1

The compilation ends with:

./ocp-build -help >/dev/null
Fatal error: unknown C primitive `unix_waitpid'
Makefile:4: recipe for target `ocp-build' failed
make[1]: *** [ocp-build] Error 2
