[opam-devel] Opam 1.2 release

Yay! I've uploaded the hopefully last set of 1.1.99 Launchpad snaps against the 1.2 branch.  If you tag the release, I'll promote the binary debs to 1.2.0 for the release announcement.

Remind me what the plan is for switching opam-repository over again? Will users be immediately be able to submit 1.2 packages and expect the rewrite scripts to be active?
