[ocaml-platform] Is it taking too long for OCaml software to become 4.03-compatible? Would release process changes help?

OASIS 0.4.7, next version to be released, will kill the scariest
dependencies of all (camlp4 and ocaml-data-notation). Some simple packages
will remain (ocamlify and ocamlmod).
